Job Title: Elevator Technician (Experienced)

Department: Installation, Testing & Maintenance
Location: Ramapuram, Chennai.
Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and commission new elevators as per project requirements.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of elevators.
• Diagnose faults in mechanical and electrical systems and carry out repairs.
• Ensure safety standards and company protocols are strictly followed.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors for site-related updates.
• Maintain service and installation reports regularly.
• Guide junior technicians and ensure site work quality.

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in elevator erection, testing, or maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with MR / MRL / Hydraulic lifts preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and basic control systems.
