Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize VT designs for elevators, escalators, and travellators. Develop design drawings and reports from Concept Design to IFC Conduct lift traffic studies, tender analysis, and drawing reviews. Collaborate with architects, structural, telecom, IT, mechanical, and electrical engineers to integrate VT systems. Ensure compliance with applicable VT codes, standards, and building regulations. Work with VT suppliers and specialist subcontractors to oversee design implementation. Conduct site visits and design reviews to ensure project requirements are met. Utilize ELEVATE software (mandatory), CAD, BIM, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite. Supervise and coordinate engineers and CAD technicians in the Middle East and India. Manage multiple design reviews and project deadlines. Participate in client presentations, design workshops, and coordination meetings. Experience on electrical design preferred (power circuiting, lighting, power distribution) Requirements: Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering. 10+ years of experience in vertical transportation system design. Middle East PMC experience preferred. Proficiency in ELEVATE, CAD, BIM, and Revit. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions and presentations.
