Experience: 5+ Years of experience in Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to maximize ROI. Implement remarketing campaigns and conversion tracking strategies. Branding & Brand Growth: Develop branding and rebranding strategies for both USA and Indian markets. Establish and enhance brand identity, positioning, and awareness across digital platforms. Craft brand messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing channels. Research and implement strategies to increase brand reach, trust, and recall value. Social Media & Organic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase organic followers and engagement on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Implement influencer collaborations, community engagement, and user-generated content campaigns. Creative Writing & Design: Write engaging ad copies, social media content, and brand stories. Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing branding materials. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and branding strategies. Stay updated with market trends, branding innovations, and emerging digital technologies. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of junior digital marketers. Oversee campaign execution and ensure high-quality deliverables. Data-Driven Approach & Budget Management: Analyze marketing data to optimize brand performance and campaigns.
