Primary Responsibilities Engage in live interactions with international students in the USA to provide timely and satisfactory responses. Handle queries via calls, emails, messages, and live sessions while ensuring clear and professional communication. Follow ElevateMe’s standard processes to assist students with their career service needs. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update internal systems regularly. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and deliver an excellent student experience. Conduct group sessions with 40–50 students at a time to address queries or provide guidance. Respond quickly and empathetically during group calls to ensure student satisfaction. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably handling international clients. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Ability to manage live interactions and group sessions confidently and professionally. Comfortable working in night shifts (aligned with EST time zone). Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and documentation skills with attention to detail. Participants build their GitHub portfolio and resume using actual industry insights, leverage community support, receive tailored interview coaching, and collaborate with the career support team to secure their first IT position. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Advisor located in Ahmedabad. The Admission Advisor will be responsible for guiding potential students through the admission process, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with student recruitment. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with prospective students, answering inquiries, offering program information, and conducting information sessions. The Admission Advisor will also train new recruits and support sales initiatives to achieve enrollment targets.
