Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers regarding motor insurance queries, renewals, claims, and policy details. Make outbound calls for policy renewals, upselling add-ons, and new policy acquisition. Provide accurate information on premium calculations, coverage options, and policy benefits. Cross-sell and upsell motor insurance products, add-ons (zero depreciation, roadside assistance, etc.), and related services.
