This role is critical to our B2G growth across electronics, HVAC, appliances, and infrastructure-related categories. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage end-to-end GeM seller operations Identify and evaluate new bids, BOQs & RAs Participate in bids & reverse auctions Upload and manage product catalogues & specifications Ensure 100% compliance with bid technical requirements Coordinate order acceptance, invoicing, dispatch & delivery Track payments, resolve disputes, and handle returns Maintain strong seller ratings & performance score Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, accounts) Communicate professionally with government buyers via GeM portal QUALIFICATIONS Government Relations and knowledge of Local Government operations Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle queries and maintain stakeholder relationships Analytical Skills to interpret market data and improve performance Experience or familiarity with Public Sector processes Proficiency in using GeM portals and related e-procurement platforms Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred Strong understanding of bidding, RA, EMD, OEM authorization Experience in electronics / appliances / HVAC / B2B products preferred
