As an Ecommerce Associate, you will work closely with Amazon sellers to help them onboard, manage listings, optimize product visibility, and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies. You will be responsible for providing various services such as cataloging, account management, advertising setup, and training, depending on the service you are aligned with. Key Responsibilities:Assist Amazon sellers in setting up and managing their seller accounts on Amazon. Provide cataloging services (product listing, category mapping, title and description creation). Conduct training sessions or onboarding calls for new sellers. Help sellers with Amazon policies, FBA/FBM setup, and promotional tools. Coordinate with Amazon internal teams to resolve seller issues. Help optimize listings using keywords, images, bullet points, and A+ content. Manage and report seller performance metrics. Ensure sellers follow compliance, tax, and policy guidelines. Required Skills:Good understanding of Amazon Seller Central. Experience in cataloging, listing creation, or eCommerce operations preferred. Strong communication skills in English and local languages. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data entry tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple seller accounts. Problem-solving mindset and a customer-first approach. Preferred Qualifications: Pursing Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Marketing, or related fields preferred). Prior experience working with Amazon SPN or other marketplace sellers. Job Summary: The Offline Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various offline marketing activities to promote our money counting machines and walkie-talkies. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an early-career professional with a strong interest in traditional marketing, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for building brand awareness through physical and direct engagement. Key Responsibilities: Event Management: Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, and other industry events. Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and represent the company professionally. Dealer & Distributor Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with our network of dealers and distributors. Provide them with marketing materials, product training, and promotional support to drive sales.
