As a member of GalaxEye Space, a deep-tech Space start-up originating from IIT-Madras and currently situated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, you will be part of a team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of space exploration. Our primary objective is to pioneer state-of-the-art solutions that tackle the contemporary challenges of the space industry, with a focus on developing a constellation of miniaturized, multi-sensor SAR+EO satellites. Our cutting-edge technology facilitates all-time, all-weather imaging capabilities. By harnessing advanced processing and AI technologies, we ensure the prompt delivery of near real-time data. We take pride in successfully showcasing these groundbreaking imaging capabilities, a global first, across various platforms such as Drones and HAPS (High-Altitude Pseudo Satellites). Your responsibilities will include engaging in architectural discussions and design exercises to craft large-scale solutions on AWS, actively participating in the development lifecycle, automating, deploying, and maintaining back-end code and APIs for designated applications, devising innovative solutions for intricate business and technological issues, designing UI/UX in alignment with software requirement specifications, and establishing an efficient mechanism for iteration based on customer feedback. You will also oversee front-end, back-end, databases, DevOps, deployment, and continuous integration for multiple products. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 1-2 years of full-time experience in constructing end-to-end products or equivalent project exposure, using the .NET framework, preferably Electron.NET. Proficiency in C# and C++ languages is essential, along with hands-on experience in ReactJS, HTML, and CSS. Experience in developing enterprise desktop applications, proficiency in designing APIs using REST and GraphQL frameworks, a sound grasp of CI/CD automation and SDLC lifecycle, and version control using Git are necessary. Additionally, a basic understanding of docker-based deployment is required. Desirable skills and experience include attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet deadlines, effective collaboration across teams, adaptability to new situations and ambiguity, familiarity with a Linux-based environment and troubleshooting, expertise in constructing server-less architecture for micro-services, preferably in AWS, and knowledge of other programming languages like Go or Python is advantageous.
