Technical Support & Knowledge Sharing: Serve as the in-house electronics expertfield basic questions from assembly technicians and cross-functional teams. Document test procedures, common failure modes, and best-practice solutions. Team Leadership & Training: Lead and mentor a team of assembly workers, providing hands-on training in PCB handling and testing protocols.
