Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities. Stay informed about current promotions and discounts to communicate with customers effectively. Process sales transactions at the register, including handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment. Merchandising & Inventory : Assist in stocking shelves and organizing product displays. Ensure that merchandise is displayed neatly and attractively. Monitor inventory levels and notify management when items need to be reordered. Assist in periodic inventory counts as needed. Store Maintenance : Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organized. Ensure aisles and displays are free from clutter and hazards. Report any store maintenance or safety concerns to management. Teamwork : Collaborate with team members and management to create a positive work environment. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required. Other Duties : Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support store operations. Key Qualifications: High School (10+2) / Diploma or equivalent Customer service or retail experience (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays Basic math skills for handling transactions and counting inventory Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (depending on store requirements)
