Electronics Hardware Test Engineer

About the Role We are seeking a dynamic team player who is motivated by achieving results and has a strong passion for industrial electronic products and their respective test deliveries. In this role, you will be involved in working on a variety of electricity metering offers with communications, input/output capabilities, and more. It is essential to have direct experience in product and system testing, and a background in the Agile process would be advantageous. The position available is for an Electronics Hardware Test Engineer within the Power Monitoring business unit, located at the Bengaluru Whitefield Campus. You will report to the Delivery Manager and collaborate with the working team(s). Responsibilities You are expected to have good knowledge and work on: - Product or System testing, with a focus on EMI/EMC compliance - Electronics specifications - Electrical safety and boundary conditions - Related product standards and claim tests Additionally, you should have sufficient experience in integration and testing, including hardware and firmware. Requirements The ideal candidate should: - Have an interest in working within the Power system domain - Be proficient in handling test equipment - Be a team player - Demonstrate strong execution skills and interest - Be process and result-oriented, as well as self-driven - Have hands-on experience in using/developing test automation tools and technologies, such as LabView and Python Qualifications - Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in ECE/EEE/E&I - 3-5 years of work experience Other notes Preferential consideration will be given to early joiners (within a month's notice).
