Your ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, provide impact analysis, and facilitate root cause analysis will be critical to your success in this role. Ideally, you will hold a degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 12 years of experience in software development. However, equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
