A strong background in heat transfer fundamentals and knowledge of electronics cooling technologies is essential, along with experience in utilizing analysis tools and solid modeling software. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Preferred qualifications for this position include a solid understanding of mechanical engineering and analysis fundamentals, experience in creating thermal and structural models of electronic components, boards, and enclosures, and proficiency in thermal testing methods. You should also be able to effectively communicate with project peers and engineering personnel, multitask, meet aggressive schedules, and contribute towards project goals.
