Role Overview: As an Electronics Testing and Repair Engineer at Jay Enterprise, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and performance of electronic products. Key Responsibilities: - Test and troubleshoot electronics hardware, such as PCBs and components. - Perform diagnostic analysis to pinpoint faults and repair or replace defective parts. - Utilize testing tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters to assess performance and identify faults. - Document testing and repair procedures, and maintain equipment performance records. - Provide technical support for electronics assembly, installation, and maintenance. - Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the testing and repair process. Qualification Required: - Strong knowledge of electronics hardware, circuit design, and troubleshooting techniques. - Hands-on experience with testing and diagnostic equipment like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, datasheets, and component specifications. - Familiarity with PCB assembly, rework, and soldering techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic systems down to the component level. - Capability to work independently and collaboratively within an engineering team.
