Experience in support environments , including SLA management and ticket triaging. Familiarity with integration, Electronic Reporting, Workflows, and Retail POS is must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Microsoft certifications in D365 are preferred. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and handle pressure. Customer-focused with a proactive attitude. Good documentation and communication skills. Important: Must have 7-9 years of experience into Microsoft Dynamics AX/ D365 F&Owith At least 2 years of experience in LCS (Life Cycle Services) Experience in Environment Creation for D365 F&Ousing Cloud hosted option in LCS Experience in Environment Creation for D365 F&Ousing Microsoft hosted option in LCS Experience in Environment creation for D365 F&O (On premise) Experience in Environment monitoring using LCS Experience in code promotion from one environment to other and release management till Go-Live Experience in Database backup Experience in Data movement from one environment to other Experience in Application update and Platform update for one version release Experience in installing and maintaining Azure DevOps Experience in installing and maintaining RSAT tool Experience in defining and maintaining Branching Strategy
