Job Description : Inside Sales / Customer Sales Representative (CSR) Department : Deep Tech Business Unit Objective: To support sales operations by efficiently managing customer communication, preparing quotations and sales documentation, ensuring timely follow-ups, maintaining sales data, and enabling seamless coordination between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Work with the team to handle customer escalations related to lead time, deliveries, and payment delays. Reporting & MIS Prepare and circulate weekly MIS reports, including: - Quote vs PO conversion summary - RFQ status and win/loss analysis - Open PO summary - Repeat order pipeline - Payment follow-up status Maintain an internal dashboard with real-time tracking of sales opportunities and customer pipeline. Data Management & CRM Coordination Ensure all communication and transactions are logged in the internal CRM or tracking system.
