We have urgent hiring for Project Manager /Senior Project Manager for Gurgaon location. Job Summary - We have an urgent hiring for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) and other electromechanical projects at airports. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electromechanical project execution, with in-depth knowledge of project planning, vendor coordination, technical compliance, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage complete life cycle of PBB projects from planning, procurement, execution, installation, testing & commissioning to project handover. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, design, procurement, site) and external stakeholders (airport authorities, consultants, contractors). Ensure adherence to contract specifications, drawings, and technical standards. Monitor project progress against timelines, budget, and quality benchmarks. Prepare and maintain project schedules, status reports, risk registers, and resource plans. Handle client communications, approvals, progress reviews, and resolve issues on-site. Conduct site visits to monitor execution, supervise installation & commissioning activities. Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance at project sites. Manage project documentation, billing milestones, and handover procedures. Vendor management procurement follow-up, inspection coordination, and logistics tracking. Desired Candidate Profile: Education: B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical / Electrical engineering field. Experience: 1015 years of project management experience, preferably in Electro Mechanical installation projects. Strong understanding of mechanical/electro-mechanical equipment installation at airport terminals. PMP certification (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
