Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
· Support preventive maintenance tasks on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
· Learn to identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
· Help senior technicians with repairs and installations.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and workspaces.
· Participate in daily briefings and on-the-job training sessions.
· Document tasks completed and report progress to supervisors.
· Follow all safety protocols and hotel standards during maintenance activities.
