Responsibilities: Perform electrical and plumbing maintenance work at apartments and facilities. Diagnose and repair faults in electrical wiring, fixtures, and plumbing systems. Ensure safety standards and compliance during all maintenance tasks. Respond promptly to service requests and complete work within deadlines. Provide reliable and professional service to clients. ---
Requirements: Minimum 0–2 years of experience in electrical or plumbing field.
Ability to handle on-site repair and maintenance independently.
Knowledge of safety practices and tools.
Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking. ---
