Electrician for machine shop

As an Electrician in the Production Machine Shop located in Arasur-Coimbatore, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: You will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in the machine shop. Your main task will be to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and other production equipment. Additionally, you will perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical components. It is crucial that you are able to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment. - Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and other production equipment. - Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical components. - Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. - Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, control panels, and industrial wiring. Qualifications Required: - ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. - 2 to 5 years of experience in an industrial or production machine shop setting.
