Electrician cum Plumber & AC Mechanic

Job Description :

· Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems

· Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems

· Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance

· Ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems.

· Respond to department service requests related to AC issues

· Troubleshoot AC issues and ensure efficient cooling performance.

· Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters and checking refrigerants.

· Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems and repair them accordingly.

· Keep records of all repairs and maintenance tasks performed.

· Diagnose faults in electrical control systems and repair or replace components.

· Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control circuits, and automation.

· Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams & electrical blueprints

· Proficient with electrical diagnostic tools (multimeters, testers, etc.).

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of industrial safety

· Installation of Plumbing Systems: Install and connect pipes, fixtures, and fittings for water supply and drainage systems in new construction

· Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, broken pipes, and faulty fixtures

· Pipefitting: Measure, cut, and thread pipes to fit specific locations and angles, using various plumbing tools and equipment

· Fixture Installation: Install and repair plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, and faucets

· Backflow Prevention: Install and maintain backflow prevention devices to prevent the contamination of water supply

· Drain Cleaning: Use specialized tools, such as drain snakes or hydro-jetting equipment, to clear clogs and blockages in drain lines

· Plumbing Inspections: Conduct plumbing inspections to identify potential issues or compliance with plumbing codes and regulations

· Emergency Repairs: Respond to emergency plumbing calls, especially in cases of water leaks or pipe bursts

Qualification : ITI Electrician / Ac Mechanic / DEEE / BE - EEE

Experience : Min. 5 Years

Salary : Based on his Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
