Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including conducting regular equipment inventory and creating maintenance schedules. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, troubleshooting issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in building maintenance and recommend improvements to enhance facility efficiency and performance. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs that extend the lifespan of equipment and systems. Knowledge of Industry best practices, standards, methods, materials and costing is critical factor to have. Highest integrity and self-motivation is critical responsibility.
