Youll make an impact by: Managing and monitoring all installed charger systems/infrastructure for light and heavy-duty vehicles. Monitor functionality of AC/DC chargers installed in various locations remotely. Troubleshoot any issues encountered with AC/DC charging units and propose solutions. Interact with clients and installers located across the globe to resolve their issues with the product. Provide 2nd and 3rd level software support by liaising with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. Address and route service tickets towards their proper resolution. Conduct health check of electrical vehicle (EV) chargers, check log files to find root cause of the issue. Provide Weekly/Monthly reports on tickets/service requests worked. Be a communication link for Data and Information Exchange between R & D SK/VW, VW group and various agencies of SAVW India like Purchase, SRM, Program Management, logistics, Assembly, Production, and outside VW India like suppliers, NSC, test agency etc. Homologation support to whole vehicle department related to spring & damper System. Supplier scouting and evaluation of R&D capability of the external part suppliers. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive learning materials and training plans for ev skills programs and prepare and train students graduating from ITIs and Polytechnic colleges on sustainable practices and evs. Provide hands-on, practical training to students, allowing them to gain the necessary skills and experience to secure green jobs or start their own sustainable businesses/jobs. Present training materials clearly and confidently, ensuring students understand and retain information. Collaborate with industry experts, government agencies, and other stakeholders to stay up to date on the latest green technologies, regulations, and best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into the training programs. Contribute to the continuous improvement of training methodologies and materials. Support the documentation of training programs and prepare reports, presentations, and other related materials. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions as needed and maintain regular training data. Foster a positive learning environment and encourage student engagement and participation. Qualifications: Bachelors or masters degree in mechanical engineering, Electronics and Electrical, or a related technical field.
