ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN - NON WOVEN NEEDLE PUNCHED LINE

As an Electrical Technician for a Non-Woven Needle Punched Line, your role involves maintaining and repairing the electrical systems and automated machinery of the non-woven fabric production line. This includes focusing on PLCs, drives, sensors, and wiring. Your key duties will revolve around reading electrical schematics, diagnosing and fixing electrical faults using tools like voltmeters, performing preventive maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with other technicians and operators. Key Responsibilities: - Read electrical schematics to understand the system layout and connections - Diagnose and fix electrical faults using tools like voltmeters and other diagnostic equipment - Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the production line - Ensure compliance with safety standards to create a secure working environment - Collaborate effectively with other technicians and operators to maintain workflow efficiency Qualifications Required: - Background in industrial electrical maintenance - Experience in automated industrial settings - Knowledge of control systems like Siemens PLCs and VFDs Additionally, this role requires at least 4 years of experience in working with Non-Woven needle punched lines.
