Job Description

As an MST Technician, your role includes performing operation, maintenance, and minor repairs of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. You will be responsible for carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedules and SOPs, attending and rectifying technical complaints within defined SLA timelines, and monitoring equipment parameters to report abnormalities. Additionally, you will ensure safe working practices, PPE usage, and compliance with EHS guidelines, while maintaining daily logs, checklists, and work completion reports. Key Responsibilities: - Assist senior engineers and supervisors during major repairs and shutdowns - Handle basic troubleshooting of panels, motors, pumps, AHUs, and utilities - Support energy-saving initiatives and efficient equipment operation - Coordinate with vendors and contractors during service activities - Follow statutory, fire safety, and quality standards - Respond to emergency and after-hours breakdowns when required Qualification Required: - Relevant experience in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC maintenance - Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and SOPs - Ability to troubleshoot panels, motors, pumps, AHUs, and utilities - Familiarity with energy-saving initiatives and compliance standards - Strong communication and coordination skills with vendors and contractors The company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
