An Electrical Technician installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems and equipment, reading blueprints, troubleshooting faults, and ensuring safety compliance in various environments like factories, buildings, or hospitals, handling everything from wiring to complex machinery, often requiring technical degrees or apprenticeships. Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Installation & Assembly: Install, assemble, test, and maintain electrical wiring, components, and apparatus.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair malfunctioning electrical equipment, systems, and power issues (e.g., outages).
• Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to understand system designs.
• Fabrication: Construct and fabricate parts as needed, using hand tools.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to strict safety standards and regulations.
• Reporting: Advise management on equipment suitability and document repairs.
• Supply Management: Order necessary electrical supplies and equipment.
