Electrical Supervisor Trainee

We are hiring Electrial Supervisor trainee in our Goa Branch

Desired candidate shall

• Project Planning and Execution: Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets for electrical work.
• Supervision and Management: Overseeing electricians and other workers, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring safety guidelines are followed.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work adheres to safety regulations and company policies, conducting inspections, and identifying hazards.
• Quality Control: Maintaining the quality of electrical work by conducting regular inspections and troubleshooting issues.
• Maintenance and Repair: Overseeing routine and preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting electrical system malfunctions.
• Coordination: Collaborating with other departments, contractors, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
• Documentation: Maintaining records of work completed, inventory, and other relevant information.
• Training and Mentoring: Guiding and training junior staff, providing support and feedback.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving electrical problems and system failures.

Candidate shall diploma/Engineering holder

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
