Key Responsibilities: Supervising and Managing: Leading and directing a team of electricians and technicians, assigning tasks, and ensuring work is completed according to standards. Ensuring Safety: Enforcing safety regulations, conducting inspections, and identifying potential hazards to create a safe working environment. Project Management: Planning and scheduling electrical maintenance and installation projects, overseeing work progress, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and resolving complex electrical issues, and coordinating repairs and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems. Quality Control: Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and adheres to electrical codes and regulations. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress. Communication: Effectively communicating with team members, other departments, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Training and Development: Mentoring and training junior electrical staff, sharing knowledge, and promoting professional growth.
