Electrical Supervisor

Role Overview: Keus is looking for a dynamic Project In-Charge in the operations department who can handle site inspections, BOM preparation, and monitoring of installations and FRs of home automation products. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of house wiring, power supply, and proficiency in AutoCAD/Dialux Software. Additionally, this role involves managing a team of 4-5 people. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough site inspections to assess site readiness for home automation and lighting product installations - Make regular visits to client sites and provide advice on the standards required for the home automation solution - Act as the primary contact for the site to ensure seamless installation of Keus Products for clients - Review the Load evaluation details of sites and suggest appropriate solutions - Manage escalations for identified issues and facilitate their resolution - Efficiently address and resolve complaints related to electrical, home automation, and lighting products - Responsible for handling the team of executives Qualifications: - B.Tech/B.E/Diploma specialized in Electrical or Electronics - 3 to 6 years of experience in home automation, lighting, or relevant product installation preferred - Proficiency in house wiring, load calculations, and AutoCAD - Strong knowledge of power supplies (single/multiphase), inverters, generators, and related systems - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Company Details (if applicable): Keus is at the forefront of integrating elegant design with state-of-the-art technology in smart home automation and architectural lighting.
