Developing and implementing plant budgets, and monitoring expenses to ensure that they are within budget. Communicating with senior management on plant performance and issues and providing regular reports on production metrics and key performance indicators. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees and external stakeholders.
