Electrical Site Supervisor

Job Summary

Poornima MEP Contracting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a smart, energetic, and committed Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team. The role involves supervising HT & EHT feeder reconductoring, pole erection, and earth rod installation projects. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel to sites across Kerala and South India.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site works related to electrical infrastructure projects.
• Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and with quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and workers.
• Maintain daily progress reports, attendance, and site records.
• Monitor availability of materials and equipment.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct quality checks.
• Provide guidance and training to site workers.
• Travel across Kerala/South India for project supervision.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Freshers can apply).
• License: Valid 2-wheeler license ; 4-wheeler license is an added advantage.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, site supervision, and safety practices.
• Attributes: Smart, energetic, and willing to work in outdoor/field conditions.

Schedule
