Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and proactive Electrical Supervisor (Male) to oversee field activities for 33 kV/11 kV covered conductor stringing, HT/LT ABC installation, and other EHT-related works. The ideal candidate should have strong site supervision skills and be willing to travel extensively across project locations in Kerala and South India.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day field operations for HT/LT overhead electrical line projects.
• Oversee installation of covered conductors, ABC systems, and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate with labour teams, contractors, and engineers on-site.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality guidelines, and technical specifications.
• Maintain daily progress reports and provide site updates to management.
• Assist in material planning and workflow optimization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on supervisory experience in HT/LT electrical projects.
• Familiarity with covered conductor stringing, ABC systems, and EHT works.
• Willingness to travel and stay at sites across Kerala and South India.
• Must be fluent in Hindi to communicate with site labour teams.
• Diploma or ITI or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred.
