Electrical Site Engineer/Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site execution of electrical works including wiring, cabling, earthing, lighting, panels, and distribution systems.
  
• Interpret and implement electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
  
• Monitor progress, allocate tasks to technicians/labour, and ensure timely completion of work.
  
• Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.
  
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project managers to resolve site-related issues.
  
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management on site status.
  
• Ensure proper usage of materials and minimize wastage.
  
• Support in testing, commissioning, and handover of completed electrical systems.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
  
• 3 to 6 years of site supervision experience in the construction field.
  
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and installation practices.
  
• Ability to lead and guide site teams effectively.
  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Familiarity with safety standards and statutory regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Engineer/Supervisor with a Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and 3 to 6 years of proven experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical works at project sites, ensuring that all installations and activities are executed as per design, safety, and quality standards.
