1. Preparation of invoices along with invoices and tender costs 2. Create and process subcontractor invoices 3. Checking contractors invoices This includes verifying measurements on site and confirming prices with bidders. 4. To follow up from accounting on payments. 5. Check bill of quantities and bill of materials. 6. Value engineering to achieve performance, safety, speed, security and quality at lower cost by evaluating different options.

1. Supervision of electrical installation services, during the installation phase 2. Technical supervision as well as monitoring the progress of the respective installation and setting to work activities 3. Assistance of project related processes, specifications and initiation of quality assurance measures 4. Assistance during handover of the respective electrical installation area or system to class and customer 5. Support for the engineering for installation related questions 6. Ensure the reporting to the sub supplier team, Site Supervision Manager and the project manager 7. Assist sub supplier in work preparation of the respective installation tasks

1. Ensure that details of all projects such as scope, location, size, consultants, etc. are populated in the internal tracker by the Jr. Engineer 2. Study the drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, commercial terms, etc of the project in detail. Raise timely and appropriate queries to the client and follow up for response. 3. Raise enquiries to all the suppliers/vendors from approved make list and extended database. Follow up with all vendors until all quotes are received. 4. Undertake estimates in accordance with Company procedures and bring for discussion with Sr. Manager and Management before submission to client. 5. Assist Sr. Manager Estimation for larger tenders, mentoring and developing junior estimators Identify opportunity and risk during tender process 6. To ensure Cost Forecasting and Control.

Candidate should act as a dynamic key starter and should lead the team. He need to successfully track all the records of execution of Electrical projects. Good communication and presentation skills on verbal, mail correspondences are required along with Extrovert, Workaholic attitude. Candidate should have experience purely in Planning and execution of high value of Electrical Projects on Turnkey basisespecially industrial, commercials, factory, IT industries, Pharmacy & automobiles etc... He should be well versed with basic electrical designing and engineering in detail. Should be experienced in Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of HT/LT Network. Should have the ability to lead the team, adherence of the time schedule as per the project demands. Will be responsible for Liaoning and coordination with third party agencies, vendors ,contractors , He will handle the critical situations individually. Candidate will be responsible for representing organizations image to the great extent in the minds of client. High Moral values towards work and organization are required. Role & responsibilities manage the entire project lifecycle Coordinate with functional teams, clients, and vendors to drive project execution.
