Electrical Production

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and effectively supervising the Electrical Production Department. Your primary focus will be on the production of Motors, Alternators, and Specialty Electrical Machines. You should have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in this field, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role. Your role will involve overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and motivating your team to achieve high productivity levels. Key Responsibilities: - Have an excellent knowledge of winding configurations, connection diagrams, and winding processes of AC and DC machines - Possess good knowledge of relay operation and electrical panel wiring - Ability to manage and motivate a diverse, skilled team to achieve the highest productivity levels - Ensure consistent achievement of targeted production with zero defects and adherence to required quality standards - Maintain basic knowledge of ERP systems to support production processes Qualifications Required: - B.
