Electrical Panel Designer

To receive work order from sales. Design HOD, and intimate time requirement for completion of the same.

• To prepare GA drawings, and submit the same for customer approval.
• To prepare wiring diagrams, BOM as per customer specification.
• To discuss with Sales, Production & purchase before submitting the drawings to customers for final approval.
• To release drawings for manufacturing process.
• Prepare detail Technical calculation like Short circuit, Temperature rise, CL:PS knee voltage calculation, control transformer VA burden, Heat/Watt loss.
• Attend production, testing related queries from shop floor.
• Self-review drawings before HOD cross checking. Mention important points related to project on technical sheet provided by Sales.
• Suggest proper Type codes & descriptions of material for generating new Codes is prowess.
• To prepare labels for particular projects. Terminal sheet
• To modify drawings according to customers instructions during inspection and prepare AS built drawing for the same.
• To study and keep updated data on switchgear, components, and material for upgrading our designs accordingly.
• To attend training programmes for upgrading self and abreast the knowledge related to the products.
• To visit fabrication shop floor
