This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong foundation in electrical systems and equipment operations, and are looking to build a career in industrial operations, utilities, or energy sectors. Whether you are a fresher or someone with up to 3 years of experience, this is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team that ensures smooth and safe station operations. Requirements Key Responsibilities Monitor, operate, and maintain a wide range ofelectrical equipmentincluding switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, and control panels. Support routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure continuous and efficient operations. Assist in carrying outpreventive and corrective maintenanceof electrical installations under the supervision of senior engineers. Read and interpret technical diagrams, electrical layouts, and equipment manuals to understand system configurations and perform relevant operations. Record operational data such as equipment readings, faults, and maintenance logs as per protocol. Ensure compliance withsafety procedures, lock-out/tag-out protocols, and operational standards. Coordinate with control room operators and maintenance personnel to execute tasks safely and efficiently. Respond to alarms, abnormal equipment conditions, and assist in restoring normal operations promptly. Perform cleaning, basic repairs, and lubrication of station components and auxiliary systems. Participate in periodic drills and training programs to stay updated on operational procedures and safety practices. Key Skills & Qualifications Diploma or Degree inElectrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, or a related field. 03 years of experience as anelectrical operator, station technician, or in a similar technical role. Fresh graduates with relevant industrial training are encouraged to apply. Strong understanding ofelectrical equipment operations, including transformers, motors, relays, and distribution panels. Familiarity with safety practices related to high-voltage electrical systems. Ability to use multimeters, insulation testers, and other basic diagnostic tools. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry for logging operational data.
