Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Manager to lead our electrical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and management, with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise the electrical team to ensure efficient and safe operation of electrical systems.

Develop and implement electrical maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement in electrical installations.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other infrastructure components.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians on electrical-related matters.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations related to electrical work.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Proven experience in electrical management, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including power distribution, motor control, and transmission lines.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
