Role & responsibilities >Running plant maintenance of cable Lines like all type of industrial Automation cabels.Prepare daily, weekly & monthly preventive maintenance plan for plant machinery & utility. • Handling the plant & utility maintenance and troubleshooting. • Having experience of the budgeting, & handling of the project with all necessary requirements like quotation, comparison, negotiation, discussion & finalizing the subject. • Making the Yearly PM sheets for the utility, plant machinery • Making the Monthly Shift Schedule for Manpower Handling. • Review daily work of maintenance also coordinates with shift persons & report to seniors. • Making the daily check list of all machines as well all utility items to avoid the minor problem to major. • Weekly Meeting with operation team and Confirm the technical point to reduce the machine break down. • Ensure ERP status as per business policy. • Preferred candidate profile
