Role & responsibilities L V M BU Peenya Campus Installation, dismantling and breakdown of machine/equipment activity. Review and study the improvement areas in based on requirement Review the BOQ and scope of work for improvement Monitoring and end to end coordination of new machine project and Breakdown of equipment. Follow up with supplier for schedule and activity status Removal of existing equipment / dismantling Modification/rework of equipments as per latest standard Electrical, Mechanical and Civil work inside at equipment in the LVM BU. Shifting new/old equipment and installing and commissioning foundation of equipments. Handover the project to company Final handover with all supporting documents Planned preventive maintenance (PPM) for the plant equipments **Subjected issuing of project PO by once in two years and There is no option for employee on role at ABB India limited side who selected. Preparation/introducing the PPM schedule as per equipment master list. Preparation of the PPM checklist as per equipment OEM recommendation. Preparation of RFQ as per PPM checklist and spares requirement of equipment. Execution of PPM to the all equipments. Identifying and hiring the AMC for the critical equipments. Updating the maintenance KPIs Identifying the spares while performing the PPM. Planning of spares for the plant equipments and facility maintenance. Preferred candidate profile 1. Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 2 to 3 year experience in manufacturing plant (plant maintenance department). 2. ITI Electrician/fitter with 3-to-5-year experience in manufacturing plant (plant maintenance department). Perks and benefits upto 8 PA Thank you!
