Contractor and Vendor Management : Collaborate with external contractors, vendors, and service providers to support O&M activities, including equipment procurement, repairs, and specialized maintenance services. Negotiate contracts, manage service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Performance Reporting and Documentation : Prepare regular reports and presentations on plant performance, maintenance activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management and stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and regulatory compliance documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations and maintenance of utility-scale solar power plants, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. In-depth knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) technology, electrical systems, and power plant operations. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve operational excellence. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach to managing plant operations.
