Roles & Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of all incoming materials and components to verify compliance with established quality standards and specifications. Identify opportunities for process improvements in the inspection and supplier management processes. Lead initiatives to enhance overall product quality and efficiency. Work closely with the production, and D&D teams to ensure quality considerations are integrated into the manufacturing processes. Maintain detailed records of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions. Prepare regular reports to inform management of quality performance. Work with suppliers to explain quality standards, fix any issues with materials, and make sure the same problems don’t happen again. Ensure that only approved materials are moved to production by coordinating with the store and warehouse teams to separate defective or non-compliant items. Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015. Knowledge about 7 Quality Control tools. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 Year of experience in quality inspection, preferably within the solar equipment or electronics manufacturing industry. Familiarity with quality management systems, inspection tools, and methodologies relevant to power electronics and solar equipment manufacturing. Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis and implementation of effective corrective actions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Attributes Prior experience in the renewable energy sector, specifically in solar equipment manufacturing.
