Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer - Design & Engineering

As an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer focusing on Design & Engineering, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Reviewing Contract Documents & pursuing Clarifications to prepare a complete Scope of Work with Battery Limits for Electrical & Instrumentation Points. - Attending Internal Kick-off meetings with Sales/Proposal Dept. and External Kick-off meetings with Client/Consultant. - Preparing E&I Datasheets, Bill of Material for various types of Panels, IO List, Electrical Load List based on Tender Requirements. - Selecting Power, Instrument, and Control Cables as per project requirements. - Coordinating with Vendors & Vendor Drawing Review for different Electrical & Instrumentation items. - Coordinating internally with various functions for the smooth execution of Projects. - Preparing Cable Schedule, Cable Tray Layout, Earthing Layout, Lighting Layout, and Wiring Diagram for various types of Panels. - Developing and maintaining Library (Electrical & Instrumentation Portion) for easy accessibility. - Preparing Inquiry for all Electrical & Instrumentation Items. - Finalizing orders for PLC Panel/SCADA, MCC Panel, Instruments, Cables & Cable Trays, and other Electrical items. Qualification Required: - B.Tech/B.E. in Instrumentation Desired Skills: - Design Engineer with experience in Water Treatment - Proficiency in Handling Design Software 2D - Experience in Detail Engineering & Project Engineering In addition to the technical responsibilities, you are expected to exhibit the following behavioral attributes: - Ability to discuss in Verbal and Mail Communication in English & Hindi. - Strong skills in Follow-up & Communication. - Willingness to travel for technical meetings with Client/Consultant across India. - Positive attitude towards work. - Ownership to take on tasks and responsibilities.
