Understading the concept of design built drawing & critical study in terms of value engineering, techno commercial aspect, maintenance, Electricity act & NBC . 2 ) Study the BOQ, Tender & able to provide comments on the same for Vendor finalisation . 3 ) Vendor management from kick off meeting till Handover of the project with day to day management , resource management, schedule management as per MSP & senior management requirment. 4 ) Amicable resolution of all site issues by involving & co-ordinating all stakeholders...
