Electrical & HVAC Lead

As an Electrical & HVAC Operations Lead, your role will involve overseeing electrical and HVAC infrastructure in high-uptime environments, such as exam centers. Your proactive maintenance approach, on-ground coordination skills, and strong troubleshooting capabilities will be crucial for ensuring uninterrupted operations during critical exam hours. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure stable power supply by managing load distribution and circuits effectively. - Supervise maintenance of power backup systems including DG sets, UPS units, and inverters. - Oversee installations of earthing, wiring, and surge protection for electrical safety. - Conduct pre-event audits of electrical panels, distribution boards, and safety circuits. - Maintain smooth functioning of AC systems and monitor room temperature and air quality. - Monitor humidity levels to ensure comfort and protect sensitive equipment. - Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for electrical and HVAC systems. - Keep track of DG fuel levels, UPS battery health, refrigerant levels, and air filter condition. - Maintain detailed logbooks on equipment health, load status, and daily checks. - Manage real-time power or HVAC issues during exam days, ensuring smooth operations. - Coordinate with onsite technicians for rapid fault resolution. - Ensure compliance with local and national electrical safety standards. - Implement fire safety practices for electrical infrastructure and maintain audit records. - Supervise outsourced technical manpower and coordinate with external vendors for support. - Maintain escalation processes for critical system failures.
