Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in CNC machine electrical operations , Diesel Generator (DG) sets , and transformer maintenance . The role involves ensuring minimal downtime of equipment and supporting smooth operations of all electrical systems in the facility. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines, DG sets, and electrical transformers. Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic faults in CNC machines (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi controllers preferred). Monitor and maintain Diesel Generators including routine servicing, control panel checks, and fuel systems. Carry out regular inspection and maintenance of transformers , LT & HT panels, and associated electrical systems. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards , and maintain all related documentation. Coordinate with the production and mechanical team for machine uptime and support. Maintain electrical drawings, documentation, and logs . Support installation and commissioning of new machines and electrical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance & Repair Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment such as ovens, chillers, cooktops, dishwashers, steamers, and smart cooking systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues related to kitchen infrastructure. Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for major repairs or specialized servicing needs. Installation & Setup Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new kitchen equipment. Compliance & Safety Follow all safety protocols while handling high-voltage appliances, gas lines, and heating elements.
