0-3 years proven experience ITI or Diploma (Electrical , Mechanical or relevant education) Key Responsibilities: - Perform cell and module assembly : stacking, spot welding/laser welding, insulation wrapping, and busbar securing. -Handle BMS (Battery Management System) integration : mounting PCBs, wiring sensing leads, and conducting continuity checks. -Operate and monitor assembly machines and set basic process parameters. -Perform mechanical assembly of lithium-ion battery packs and modules. -Use hand tools and fixtures safely and efficiently. -Read and interpret technical drawings and follow standard work instructions (SOPs). -Assist in sub-assemblies, quality checks , and packaging processes. - Ensure adherence to ESD, safety, and cleanliness protocols Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Present Annual CTC Present location Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
