Electrical Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

To supervise, maintain, and manage all Electrical and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services across the facility, ensuring uninterrupted operations, safety compliance, and efficient utilization of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and maintain all MEP services, including Electrical systems, UPS, DG sets, Air Conditioning, Fire systems, CCTV, Pump Houses, RO, Softener, and STP.

Ensure compliance with all safety standards, CEIG regulations, and statutory requirements for 33kV or 11kV electrical systems.

Prepare BOQs, estimates, and tenders for procurement, installation, and maintenance of MEP services.

Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

Liaise with contractors, vendors, and statutory authorities for inspections, approvals, and compliance.

Maintain proper documentation, records, and reports related to MEP operations, equipment maintenance, and statutory compliance.

Train and guide junior engineers, electricians, and technical staff to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

CEIG Licensed Electrical Engineer with 33kV or 11kV permit.

Minimum 8 years experience in managing electrical and MEP systems in industrial or large-scale facilities.

Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, UPS, DG, HVAC, fire safety, water treatment, and building automation systems.

Experience in BOQ preparation, tendering, and project management.

Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and leadership skills.
