Electrical Engineer

As an Electrical Engineer in our company, your role involves designing, developing, and enhancing electrical circuits and components used in home appliances. You will collaborate with the R&D team to innovate new product prototypes and optimize existing designs. Your responsibilities will include conducting performance tests, safety evaluations, and quality checks. In case of electrical issues during production, you will troubleshoot effectively and provide solutions while ensuring that the products meet industry standards and safety regulations. Additionally, you will liaise with production, quality, and maintenance teams to facilitate smooth manufacturing processes. Your tasks will also involve preparing technical documentation, reports, and specifications, as well as implementing cost-saving ideas without compromising product quality. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and enhance electrical circuits and components for home appliances. - Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate new product prototypes and optimize existing designs. - Conduct performance tests, safety evaluations, and quality checks. - Troubleshoot electrical issues during production and provide effective solutions. - Ensure product compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. - Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to support smooth manufacturing. - Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications. - Implement cost-saving ideas without compromising product quality. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing home appliances such as fans, mixers, heaters, motors, and electronics-based appliances. - Strong knowledge of electrical components, wiring, PCB design, motors, and control systems. - Familiarity with testing instruments like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and load testing machines. - Good understanding of industry safety and compliance standards such as ISI and BIS. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
