Alutech Packaging Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of high-quality pharmaceutical packaging products. We are expanding our technical team and looking for a highly skilled Electrical & Electronics Engineer with deep expertise in PLCs, AC/DC drives, and specialized pharmaceutical machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled systems, including Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, or equivalent.
• Maintain and calibrate AC and DC drives used in pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery.
• Handle electrical and electronic maintenance of packaging machines like:
  
• ALU-ALU 
• Rolling Mill Machines
• Separators
• Conversion Machines
• Slitting and Rewinding Machines
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance with minimum downtime.
• Modify PLC logic and HMI screens for productivity improvements.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards during all operations.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for continuous machine performance improvement.
• Maintain technical documentation, maintenance logs, and service reports.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 6–10 years of relevant experience in 

  pharmaceutical manufacturing industry

  .
• Strong working knowledge of:
  
• PLC programming and troubleshooting
• AC/DC drives, sensors, and servo motors
• Electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Practical experience with pharmaceutical packaging machines listed above is 

  mandatory

  .
• Should have problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Residing in or willing to relocate to 

  Bahadurgarh, Haryana

• From a pharmaceutical packaging industry background
• Able to handle responsibilities independently with minimal supervision
